Project background: What specific problem needs to be solved or what is the goal of the new project (e.g. increasing brand awareness, relaunch)?

Target group: Who do you want to reach with your projects? (Demographics, interests, behaviour)

Tone & style: What visual language or ‘vibe’ are you aiming for (e.g. minimalist, playful, serious, high-end)?

Technical requirements: Are there any fixed specifications such as specific software stacks, corporate design guidelines or platforms?

Reference format: In what format do you require the portfolio (interactive website, PDF for emailing, case study presentation)?

Timeframe & budget: When do you need the selection by, and what is the price range for the planned projects?
